Local Event Sanctioning
As a YЄS-Athletics Club, you may sanction local events (Track & Field or XC) through Youth ЄNDURO Sports, Inc.
Youth ЄNDURO Sports™ has made it very fast and easy for your YЄS-Athletics™ Club to sanction a local event.
Please complete the form below. - - - It's FREE. (Allow two weeks from the time it is received for processing.)
Each participant in YES-Athletics sanctioned events must be a current YES-Athletics Member in good standing.

YЄS-Athletics Event Requirements for Sanctioned Competition
The Club that receives the YЄS-Athletics event sanction is the "Host Club/Team". The following requirements
apply to all events sanctioned by YЄS-Athletics and must be agreed to by the Host Club. Failure to abide by
the following event requirements may result is the Host Club being denied future event sanctioning requests.
The Host Club is responsible for the following YЄS-Athletics Event Requirements:
(1) Safe competition and spectator areas shall be provided for all event participants and spectators.
(2) All youth participants must have a current YЄS-Athletics Individual Membership prior to entering competition.
(3) All adult participants must sign an approved YES-Athletics waiver that MUST be forwarded to YES-Athletics.

YЄS-Athletics On-site Memberships
As an option, the Host Club may print YES-Athletics Individual Membership Forms and make them available
at the event. If the Host Club chooses to allow on-site memberships, the Host Club must collect and forward
the membership fee to YЄS-Athletics within two normal business days following the event. Participants that
obtain an on-site YЄS-Athletics Individual Membership may be required to compete unattached at that event.
Their unattached status may be changed upon request by a YЄS-Athletics Club at the conclusion of the
event. Checks written for payment of on-site memberships must be made payable to "YЄS-Athletics".
Participants are considered to be a current YЄS-Athletics Member upon completion of the YЄS-Athletics
Individual Membership form and payment of their individual membership fee. However, the membership is
"temporary" until it is processed by YES-Athletics, upon which time it becomes a regular membership.
