YЄS-Athletics Є-wards™
If your YЄS-Athletics™ Club application has been approved, another club benefit is access to our unique
Єwards™. Our philosophy when it comes to awards is this: If an athlete has performed and has earned
an award, it should be personal. Therefore, Youth ЄNDURO Sports, Inc. provides a series of personal
awards (that are affordable) that you can order that are appropriate for any event and every participant.
The name of the unique Youth ЄNDURO Sports, Inc. awards program is Єxceed Єxpectations™. When
your athletes "Єxceed Єxpectations", recognize them with an Єward™ from Youth ЄNDURO Sports.
Currently, there are two main Єward™ categories, which are: Custom Wooden Plaques and Printed Awards.
Each Єward™ plaque is customized for each event and uniquely handcrafted. Even the wood used for each
plaque is hand picked and inspected for grain consistency and over-all appearance by a master craftsman.
WHY? - It's simple. - To a master craftsman - IT'S PERSONAL! And, it's personal from YЄS-Athletics!
We want to introduce the Master Craftsman behind our custom Є-wards™ plaques. His name is G.C.McWatters
(more commonly referred to as "G.C.", "Mr. Mac", or "Granddad". Mr. Mac celebrated his 90TH birthday in 2009.
He can be found in his shop working on the next Єxceed Єxpectations™ project most days of the week (but
never on Sunday). For 90 years, Sundays (in his family) have been reserved for church and family time.
YES- - - Mr, Mac is "retired". He is retired from the U.S. Military, teaching in college, Director of Maintenance
at a large public school system - - - but not as a Master Craftsman. As a Master Craftsman, he is dedicated
to serving each athlete that earns an Єxceeding Єxpectations™ Є-ward™, with an award that's PERSONAL.
At the age of 90, Mr. Mac is still in the race for long-term health. YЄS-Athletics is all about short-term and
long-term health. The word "enduro" in "Youth ЄNDURO Sports" means (by definition) - - - "a long race".
Our definition for long-term ENDURO Health™ (as you probably know) is: a life-long race for long-term health™.
We hope YЄS-Athletics Members join Mr. Mac in their own successful life-long race for long-term health™.
