Individual Memberships Club/Team Memberships
INDIVIDUALS - JOIN YЄS-Athletics™
(Individual Members - only $10 per membership year)
The deadline for joining YES-Athletics is prior to your first YES-Athletics competition.
Individuals can pay for YЄS-Athletics™ Memberships on-line at: www.yespaynow.org. ◄ (click here)
Club Members:
If you are a member of a local YES-Athletics Club, be sure to provide the name of your club and your club's
ID Number when you are on the payment website. Follow the easy instructions on the payment website.
- Athletes who are a member of a local club will obtain their individual YES-Athletics ID# through their club.
YЄS-Athletics Individual Membership Form
(This form is for athletes who are a member of a YES-Athletics Club.)
Attention: If any part of a Membership Form is unreadable, it will not be accepted.
Unattached:
Unattached athletes, (when making payment on-line) please write the word "unattached" in the space
provided for the name of the club. If you are unattached, you must FORWARD your payment confirmation
to the following email address to request your YES-Athletics ID Number : unattached@yesathletics.org
(You will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal immediately after your payment is complete.)
- After you FORWARD your payment confirmation to YES-Athletics (that you receive from PayPal),
you will receive (within 2 business days) your individual Membership (ID) Number. For your convenience,
a YES-Athletics Membership form for unattached athletes will also be attached to the email that contains
your individual YES-Athletics I.D. Number. Please use this email address (above) if you need assistance.

Additional Information:
Unattached athletes must also present their membership form at all meets and will be required to turn
a copy in at registration / check-in at the National Meet, accompanied by the Mandatory Meet Waiver.
CLUB NOTICE: Do not mail your Individual Membership Forms for your club's members to YES-Athletics.
Keep them in your possession. At the national meet, each club MUST turn in a copy of
the membership form, accompanied by the Mandatory Meet Waiver, for each member of
their club that competes. All club and individual ID numbers will be verified at the meet.
LOCAL MEETS: The meet host of local meets must verify that each athlete that enters the meet has a current
YES-Athletics Membership ID Number.
Clubs must have a Club Membership BEFORE members of their club/team can obtain a membership number.
If your club does not have enough athletes to compete as a team in one or more of the age groups, your club's
athletes in those age groups should still compete as a member of your club - not as an "unattached" athlete.

Important Notice for coaches and club volunteers: If the members of your youth club are
members of YЄS-Athletics, you (as a coach or club volunteer) do not have to have an "adult"
membership to be covered by your club's practice and competition liability insurance. You
are automatically covered at no additional cost - a benefit of YЄS-Athletics. Therefore,
we do not offer "Adult Memberships" because they are not needed for YES-Athletics.
If adults want to compete in a YES-Athletics event, they may do so by paying the
participation fee for that event and completing and signing the requires waiver.
