Individual Memberships Club/Team Memberships
INDIVIDUALS - JOIN YЄS-Athletics™
(Individual Members - only $10 per membership year)
Individuals pay for their YЄS-Athletics™ Memberships on-line at: www.yespaynow.org. ◄ (click here)
If you are a member of a local YES-Athletics Club, be sure to provide the name of your club when you are
on the payment website. You will be asked to provide the name of your club with a sentence that says,
"Enter your club's name here."
Unattached athletes must write the word "unattached" in the space on the form for the name of the club.
After your payment is processed, you will receive an email within 2 business days that will contain your current
Membership Number. You should then print a copy of the Membership Form (below), write your membership
number in the box at the top, and give your completed and signed form to the appropriate person within your
club to keep on file. Click below to download a copy of the YЄS-Athletics™ Individual Membership Form.
The official membership form also contains a "Medical Release" for club members. (Clubs should also
keep a copy of the birth certificate with each membership form / medical release.)
Unattached athletes must also present their membership form at all meets and will be required to turn a copy
in at registration / check-in at the National Meet, accompanied by the Mandatory Meet Waiver.
CLUB NOTICE: Do not mail your Individual Membership Forms for your club's members to YES-Athletics.
Keep them in your possession. At the national meet, each club MUST turn in a copy of
the membership form, accompanied by the Mandatory Meet Waiver, for each member of
their club that competes. All club and individual membership numbers will be verified.
LOCAL MEETS: The meet host of local meets must verify that each athlete that enters the meet has a current
membership number.
Clubs must have a Club Membership BEFORE members of their club/team can obtain a membership number.
If your club does not have enough athletes to compete as a team in one or more of the age groups, your club's
athletes in those age groups should still compete as a member of your club - not as an "unattached" athlete.

Attention: If any part of a Membership Form is unreadable, it will be returned to you unprocessed.

Important Notice for coaches and club volunteers: If the members of your youth club are
members of YЄS-Athletics, you (as a coach or club volunteer) do not have to have an "adult"
membership to be covered by your club's practice and competition liability insurance. You
are automatically covered at no additional cost - a benefit of YЄS-Athletics. Therefore,
we do not offer "Adult Memberships" because they are not needed for YES-Athletics.
If adults want to compete in a YES-Athletics event, they may do so by paying the
participation fee for that event and completing and signing the requires waiver.
