CLUBS - - - please be aware of the new process (below) for obtaining YES-Athletics ID Numbers, which includes:
(1) the current ID Number for your Club, and
(2) the block of ID Numbers for the Individual YES-Athletics™ members in your club.
NEW PROCESS FOR CLUBS:
The process is easy and puts our Member Clubs in control of the YES-Athletics™ membership base. Here's how. - - -
The process begins with a Club Membership. After a club has paid its annual YES-Athletics™ Club Membership,
it is issued (1) an ID Number for their club, as a well as (2) a Block of Individual Membership Numbers for the
members within their club who obtain an Individual YES-Athletics™ Membership.
- - So, it's simple. - - Go on-line and pay for your Club's Membership. - - When your payment is complete, you will
immediately receive a confirmation email from PayPal® (our on-line payment administrator). As soon as you
receive the confirmation email from PayPal, simply FORWARD that payment confirmation to YES-Athletics™.
Please don't forget. As soon as you receive your payment confirmation for PayPal®, forward it immediately.
Please forward to: club@yesathletics.org - - - Payments can be made at: www.yespaynow.org
Also, in the email you forward, include the maximum number of athletes expected in your club this year.
(That's how it's determined how many YES-Athletics ID Numbers to include in your club's block of numbers.
We will add a few to your estimate. So, please be as accurate as possible with your estimate for the year.)
- - - Please allow 2 business days to receive your Club's ID Number and your club's Block of Individual ID Numbers.

There are two types of Club Memberships from which to choose:
Basic Club Membership - - - - - - - - - - $10 For clubs competing in local "All-comers" and "Invitational" meets.
Championship Club Membership - - - $20 If your club attends a YЄS-Athletics™ National Championship
meet, your club will need a "Championship Club Membership".
If your club starts out with a Basic Membership and decides later that it will need a Championship Membership,
you can pay the additional $10 at that time to have your Membership converted to a Championship Membership.
[The competition year is Sept 1 through Aug 31 of the following year.]
Clubs may NOT accept any Individual Membership Forms from their
club members until AFTER the club is a current YES-Athletics Member.
The club's membership (ID) number will be verified at each meet.

Additional Club Information:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not mail the Individual Membership Forms for your club's members to YES-Athletics.
Keep them in your possession. At the national meet, each club MUST turn in a copy of
the membership form, accompanied by the Mandatory Meet Waiver, for each member of
their club that competes. All club and individual membership numbers will be verified.
CLUBS: see below for instructions on obtaining a Certificate of Liability Insurance (CLI) for practice locations.
Each member of your club must be a YЄS-Athletics member for the Youth ЄNDURO Sports insurance program to be in effect.
LOCAL MEETS: The meet host of local meets must verify that each athlete that enters the meet has a current
membership number.
As a YЄS-Athletics™ Club, your club enjoys all three important benefits listed below:
(1) Insurance protection for your club and its individual members, coaches and volunteers;
Important Notice for coaches and club volunteers: If the members of your youth club are YES-Athletics members, you
(as a coach or club volunteer) do not have to have an "adult" membership to be covered by your club's practice and
competition liability insurance. You are automatically covered at no additional cost -- a benefit of YES-Athletics.
(2) FREE event sanctioning for your local Cross Country and Track & Field events;
(3) Certificate of Liability Insurance for local school systems, parks departments, etc. at no additional cost.
Some facilities require clubs to show "proof of liability insurance" if they want to practice on their property. Your club can
receive one "Certificate of Liability Insurance" each year (-at no cost-) that has your club listed as the "Certificate Holder".
Additional CLI's are $10 each. (You can make as many copies of each CLI as needed.) Click here to download the form
